1. Services

Brokrio provides digital marketing, automation, and web solutions for real estate professionals under the “Real Estate Growth System” brand. Our services are designed to help clients improve visibility, lead capture, and automation.

2. Payment

• 💳 All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• 💼 A ₹50,000 setup fee is required before service activation.
• 📆 Monthly subscription fees (₹10,000) are billed per cycle to maintain active services.

3. Delivery

The setup delivery time is approximately 10 business days after successful payment and onboarding completion. Delays caused by incomplete client input or third-party dependencies are not the responsibility of Brokrio.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom code, graphics, content, and systems developed under the Brokrio platform remain the intellectual property of Brokrio, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client. Unauthorized reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Brokrio does not guarantee specific lead counts, conversions, or sales results. Our responsibility is limited to providing the services agreed upon. Brokrio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.

6. Modifications

Brokrio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
