At Brokrio, we take pride in delivering professional and customized solutions for every client. Because each setup involves strategy, design, and automation work, the setup fee is non-refundable once development begins.
1. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before onboarding or before any work starts, you may request a 50% refund of the setup fee within 5 business days of purchase.
2. Ongoing Monthly Service
Your monthly subscription fee of ₹10,000/month can be canceled anytime with a 7-day written notice before the next billing cycle. Services already delivered during the active billing period are non-refundable.
3. Technical or Billing Issues
If you experience any technical or billing-related issues, or in case of accidental charges, please contact us at hello@brokrio.com within 3 days of the transaction. We’ll review your request and respond within 5 business days.
